My Microwave Is Not Working. Internal Vent And Light Will Not Shut Off. Help

The internal vent and light bulb will not shut off on my GE HVM1540 when the door is shut. I cannot start a normal cooking cycle because of this. I have tried unplugging the unit and multiple combinations using the clear button but with no success. Can anyone help?

It sounds like a sticking relay on the control board. This is something you will likely need an experienced technician to help with unless you are pretty handy.
