The Water Heater Is Not Heating The Water?? What's Wrong With It?

Hello, there could be several different things causing that problem. First, verify that your water heater is getting power, and that there isn't a problem with the outlet, power cord, or circuit breaker. Once you can confirm that the unit is getting power, check the pilot light -- it may have gone out and need to be relit. If you're not sure how to do that, your owner's manual should tell you.
