Freezer Stopped Working Refrigerant Added. Help.
I have the GE Profile PFSS9SKYASS. 4 days ago the refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. The repairman came and checked the back side, condenser , compressor, and all working. He checked for refrigerant and very low. Added to its capacity. Many hours later , refrigerator cooled down , good air , reading at 38 degrees from 65. Freezer the reading shows 0 degrees, and can feel the cool, but the freezer does not freeze. what is the reason ?
