Ge Microwave Oven Model Jvm64001-no Front Panel Power But Lights & Fan Work

Microwave oven front control panel LED display doesn't power up but the fan and lights switch function correctly.  I found on the web that there may be an internal 15Amp ceramic fuse.  Looking for information on how to locate it and if the unit has to be removed from above the stove to replace?  Or is it another issue?  Can the digital display module be removed for trouble shooting?
