Gas Oven Won't Re-ignite

JGS968SH1SS gas oven won't re-light after coming to temperature the 1st time. As the temp drops the gas valve opens and I can smell it, but the ignitor does not trigger. This is extremely dangerous as the house could fill with gas! Please help. My repairman has checked the ignitor and it is fine. I have also replaced the temperature sensor. Is there a thermocoupler or safety valve?
