Oven Can't Stay In 350 Degree When Bake

I bought this oven brand new, this is my first time use this oven I tried to bake some thing and set it to 350 degree but when I press start the oven keep go back to 100 degree, can some one help me solve this problem. Thank you so much for your time.   HL
