Heat In Oven Stays On Indefinitely After Shutting Off After Use.

I have to unplug it each time after I use vit, otherwise the heat won't go off. It . Repair people surprised and said ovens maintain heat. I think tjhis is dangerous and unhealthy. It is only 4 monts since I purchased itt.
