Rinse Cycle Only Fills Wash Tub Partially
The washing machine rinse cycle fills water minimaly spins for about half a second and drains the water. It does not seem possible to remove the soap with this action. We bought the machine on July 4, 2011. What can be done to fix?

I have the same machine issues. The machine I have is designed to behave this way. It as a 3 minute fill on cold rinse. the last minute or so of this time, the machine will agitate. Then there is a 3 minute soak period. This is not an adequate rinse. Thinking of returning the machine. Currently working on a solution for a bad design.
