Shoestring Caught

my washer ate my shoestring . It is part way out but I can't get the rest of it ou

The shoestring may have been caught in the drum, or it could have gotten stuck in the drain hose. If you are able to see the shoe string, try pulling it out with a pair of needle-nose pliers. If you can't see the shoestring, try to shake the washer around to see if it will come loose. You may need to remove some clothing from the washer to do this.
