Water Dispenser Does Not Work. Ice Dispenser Works Normal. How To Fix It? Thanks

water dispenser was working normal. the filter is new. the connection to the network is good. ice dispenser crush and cubes work good too. I would like help how to rix it. Fridge is 2 years old.
