Refrigerator Model Gsh25jsdss
I m noticing my freezer temp is up to 12 what is the correct number the freezer side should read on the control panel? How do I get it to that temperature and how long does it take to adjust?does 12 mean the temp is too cold or too hot??

Freezer temp should be in the 0-5 F degree range. The temp can be raised by introducing non frozen items into it, or the door being open for a period of time. If neither of those situations exist then turn the temp down to that temperature range.
