I Have A Refrigerator Model Ge Gsh25jste Ss To Set The Temperature Of The Freeze

I need to set the freezer temperature .what is the temperature should be. Water keep draing from the bottom .I think the setting is wrong.

5 to o degrees, or set the freezer temp at the half way mark. ie 0 to 7 would be set at 3 or 4. How ever water coming out the bottom is not a symptom  of the wrong temp setting. this is most likely a defrost drain problem, ie frozen or plugged.

Best temp for the freezer is zero degrees, but maybe be set as high as five degrees.
