Water Heater Keeps Turning Off

Water Heater will only run for a little while and shuts down and keeps giving differrent LED codes. first code was 45, so I took the venting apart and there  was no blaockage.  put it back together and now it is giving me code 46. Its under a year old!  Not a good sign!
