Pilot Light No Air Combustion

pilot light, lights.... when turning on thermostat, lights up for 1 second then turns off...

Try replacing the thermostat and make sure that there is no carbon build up on the tip of the pilot orifice. A light buf w/some sandpaper will clean the tip up.
