Damaged Plug

Hello. My dryer plug is plugeed into a heavy duty extention cord. It has melted into the plug and I can't remove it. It is very burned. Can it be replaced? Thank you

It is advised to never use an extension cord on any major appliance. You''ll need to remove the plug at the back of the dryer & take it to a hardware store to be certain you get the proper replacement.
