Water Dispenser Is Slow Takes 25 Seconds To Fill

I HAVE DISCONNETD LINE IT IS SLOW MOVING ( THE WATER) NO AIR IN LINE, ICE MAKER WORKS FINE. WATER PRESSURE IN SINK IS OK. USED 1/4 PLASTIC LINE 25 FEET LONG TO CONNECT SO NO PROBLEM THERE. I HAVE ALSO MADE SURE THAT THE WATER LINE PIERCING WAS COMPLETE ..WHATS WRONg?
