Window / Door Sensor Programming

Hi, I have the GE Simon XT 600-1054-95R Alarm System and cannot remember how to re-program my wireless door/window sensors. I miss placed my manual and forgot how to get to the area where I am to re-program my sensors. Thank you in advance for any help. Jeff
