Rotary Tone Vs. Touch Tone
This is my office phone and I am having trouble because when I dial someone's number/or try to use numbers to proceed through automated phone systems, I hear a rotary tone vs the touch tone sound. I cannot use automated phone systems from this phone because the automated system does not recognize the rotary tone. Is there a way that I can change this phone to the touch tone sound?
