Maps

Why when I am reading the description on Amazon, it says this product comes with Northern California maps loaded and does not mention, Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico which are also suppose to be included with the product? Can I get a manual mailed to me? I purchased this as a gift for Christmas and would like to supply a manual. Thanks.
