Resetting/reconfiguring The Device

My brand new Garmin 2457 is communicating in a language I neither recognize or have ever seen the symbols/letters used in this language. How do I reset/reconfigure as and start all over in the Enlish language?

Greetings - Under the SETTING menu (if you can find it) you should find LANGUAGE SETTING respresent by an icon of a pair of lips or so > under it you should find three things (being Voice, Text and Keyboard language settings) > scroll through and set English in each of the three's language menus. All the best
