How long does it take to fully charge a new S3 unit?

I read the manual. They do not even say how long it takes to charge. To be safe, I would charge it for 8 hours. However, I believe there should be a battery indicator on the LCD screen so you know when it finishes. You may have to periodically check on it so you can get an idea how long it takes. good luck.
