My Gmc 2012 Sierra Has 48000 Miles On It Was Driving Down Street And The Muffler

fell off went to midis muffler broke at place were it cant be repaired there was no hanger in front just in back are they supposed to fall off that soon I am a disabled vetran so I take good care of my truck can you help me respectfully sumitted carl sheets
