Complaint On Your Dealer Bob Jeannotte Buick, Service Dept.
Need a contact name, phone no. or email for someone at the main office on service I know should not have been done on my car. Service Manager Mr. Reid Griffin lied to my husband and installed a batter that was not necessary. I will be writting to the Better Business Bureau, & Bob Jeannotte but I need to also know who to contact at your main office. Mrs. P. Trumble
