04 Yukon Xl Msg Of Transmission Hot Now Wont Go In Gear But Rev

truck would blow hot air instead of AC on one side weeks prior to getting a transmission hot message on dash while driving it wouldn't go faster than 30mph but Rpms was 4 utimately had it towed home now it will not go in any gear but REVESE what could this be please help I suspect seloniod have plenty trans fluid
