Heat Vents On The Driver's Side Only Cold Air While The Passenger Side Blows Hot

Heat vents on driver's side blow cold air while vents on passenger side blow hot. I replaced the module that contains the 2 knobs (for air fan & vents) with one from another truck but results are the same. Any suggestions?
