Parking Brake Rattle

How do I fix an extremely annoying metallic rattle between the parking brake release and the parking brake pedal?  Rattle collates to road bumps and road gravel, not engine revolutions.

It seems like you have a lose bracket of a brake cable.

Stop by your local library and ask to be taken to the Chilton online repair manual. You could make copies of it so you could take it with you.
