My 1996 Olsmobile 88 Ls Key Wont Turn In The Ignition

The only thing I can think of is that your steering wheel is locked, which is making it difficult to turn the key. Pull on the steering wheel to the left and try to turn the key at the same time. You should be able to unlock the steering wheel without starting the car and just turning it to the start position.
