I Have A Walmart Money Card And I Need A Bank Statment..

i paid my insurance with the walmart money card and they are saying that it declined all though on my transaction history it says posted and it went threw. I sent them the transaction history and they said because it only says posted not accepted they cant put it threw and  i need to get a statement from the bank..
