Help, Please.

Sirs,Am at my wit's end trying to correct a mistake that was not of my doing. It has to do with Walmart/GE/ Discover. I was married in January and requested an additional card for my wife thru a local store. When it arrived, without really looking at it, my wife put it in her purse and then later used it. Now, I find out that the store person requested a new WM Discover card for her instead of a regular card like mine. Her # is 6011 3110 2470 2925 and yesterday I received a bill showing that we were delinquent and that a $25 late fee had been accessed. At that point I tried to contact the WM Discover folks and was hung up on. Today I went into the local store and had a customer svc rep try to help and she called the same # and they hung up on her, also. So, am writing you to try and rectify a mistake created not by me, but by a WM employee.I pay my bills thru my online Fidelity billpay and I paid $ 100 on my acct 6-1-12 and now I apparently have a credit balance there and a delinquent invoice on the WM Discover acct.So, here is what I request: 1. Move just enough of the credit balance from my acct to the Discover acct to cover any balance due less the late fee..2. Waive the $25 late fee (which I should not owe) on the Discover card and then CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY.3. Issue a 2nd card on my WM acct. in the name of my wife Lisa4.
