Need To Return Pioneer Home Speakers Bought Less Than 2 Months Ago
bought pair of pioneer home speakers on 10/19/2013 less than 2 months ago they stopped sounding so great a few days ago they dull now and it seems there is no sound coming from top speakers in both cabinets can i return to plano store and exchange for another pair i am not trying to get my money refunded i need to replace them there is definately something wrong with them they are supposed last more 50 days think you for your help in this matter

It depends on [1] seller's return policy and [2] the warranty period. To return the purchase to the seller or the manufacturer, your receipt may be required. Many sellers have a 30-day return period, and if you don't know the period, you'll want to phone the seller. If the seller no longer accepts the return, and if the speakers are under warranty, Pioneer will either repair them or replace them, depending on the stated policy.
