Website Not Working

I'm trying to add a bag and select my seats for a flight I just purchased. The website keeps kicking me off saying I need to enter my last name. The field for last name doesn't work and I can't enter it - therefore I can't prepay for seat selection and baggage. Please help!!!!

There haven't been similar complaints about this site, so it seems the problem is most likely with your computer. Be sure you haven't disabled any scripts, and do the following:

1. Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies may help also, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...

2. Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...

3. It may be necessary to update your browser; links for updating various browsers may be found on this Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=742

4. As a last resort you may have to switch browsers.
