My Frigidaire Gltf2940fs Starts To Fill Then Stops Working

I had washed a load of clothes and it worked fine, but when it was doing the final spin the clothes may have been off balance cause the machine was rocking.  Now when I start the washer it startes to fill with water for abou 3 seconds then stops and can hear the motor shut down. what can be the problem?
