We Can't Remove The Floor Drain Plug From Our Chest Type Freezer.

iF THERE WAS A LIFTING RING IT IS MISSING AND i DON'T WANT USE TOOLS (PLIERS) TO GRAASP THE RIM OF THE DRAIN FOR FEAR OF DESTROYING ITS SEAL.

You WILL destroy the seal because you are not supposed to remove the drain. If the drain line is clogged try pouring a cup of bleach in the drain, when it drains, rinse well with tap water.
