This unit is an energy star unit, however it is discontinued, so the manufacturer no longer makes this unit for distribution. It's MSRP was around $729.99. The replacement model is now FFHT2126LW selling for MSRP $849.99. You can find all energy star guidelines and units at www.energystar.gov
