Doesn't Drain Water And Load Humming Noise On Startup.

On our last load, there was a lot of standing water.  Also when I try and startup now, it gives me a humming noise 5 seconds after I start it up.

sounds like the pump.  I answered this earlier.  The pump is at the bottom front of the washer.  The lower front panel comes off for easy access.
