Cooling Function

I was just wondering when the setting is on cool is the fan suppose to continuously run, its like it doesn't shut off but then when its on energy saver the fan does shut off so I just want to make sure that's the way its suppose to work. thanks Steve

Yes the unit is working properly. In most AC and dehumidifier units the fan will not turn off often at all - to help prevent the unit from overheating.
