Cooling Setting Problem

I am having a problem with the selection of choosing cooling, Econ, or fan only it will not select either temperature setting. Help!

Hello deb1only – Thank you for your post! Let’s try reprogramming the air conditioner. This can be doing by pressing the RESET button on the power supply cord. If the issue persists, than more than likely the unit could possibly being experiencing a communication error with the control board or a potential wiring failure. In this regard, I would suggest contacting an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your appliance.
