My fridge is not cold. It has a EF on the control panel. Is this an error code or

Hello maryskitchencatering – Typically error code EF indicates that the refrigerator has detected an evaporator fan failure. I suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately to properly checking the wiring between the evaporator fan and main control board. Depending on the diagnoses either part will need replacing.
