How Do I Clean Drip Pan For Fprh17d7kf Fridge?

Based on what you have described you would like to clean the drip pan to your Frigidaire refrigerator. The drip pan is non removable. The best way to clean it is to use water and bleach in a spray bottle and spray it into the drip pan. You can then use a wet vacuum attachment to remove any access water inside the drip pan.
