I Have A Fridgidaire, Gallery Professional Series Frt22tse.

I came home from a week vacation to find everything warm in the refrigerator and welting in the freezer. I put up the settings to the coldest possible with some results in the freezer (ice is frozen) but minimal cool in the fridge. I can not get service till Wedn is there anything I can try. It is about 15 years old.

Side by side units have a damper switch/ door that will cool the refrigeration side by the freezer's cool air. If you have a top mount unit the freezer will pump cold air below into the refrigeration side. To be honest, you need a professional to diagnose it completely and accurately.
