Lock Indicator 'dims' But Doesn't 'go Off'

Hello pturcotte1 – The unit might just need resetting. This can either be done by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off.  Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. If light does not turn off, then the unit may possibly be experiencing a wiring failure or an issue with the EOC. Contact a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues.
