How To Change The Light On The Surface
We open the window but we are not able to take the bulb out.

I understand you are seeking information on how to replace the light bulb on your microwave. To avoid risk of personal injury or properly damaged, I recommend to wear gloves when replacing the bulb. Confirm that the unit is unplugged or turn off power at the main circuit breaker. Then remove the bulb cover mounting screws at both light positions under the microwave. Most manufacturers suggest replacing the bulb with 40 watt appliance bulb. Once you have replaced the bulb, place the bulb cover back in place and mounting screw. Lastly, you may turn the power back on at the main circuit breaker. I hope this information helps in a small way.
