How To Fix A Broken Handle, One Of The Screw Cannot Be Removed

we bought a new handle now we have problem removing one the screw to fix it.

To be honest, there is not much you can do with a regular screw driver. You might need to see if you can drill out the screw in the middle and pry it out at this point.
