How Do You Enter Diagnostic Mode On This Model.
I have tried holding the up and down arrows for 10 seconds (at 0) as well well holding the up and then pressing down 3 times within 6 seconds. None of them appear to force the freezer into diagnostic mode.

Thanks for the steps. I followed them and the freezer never went into diagnostic mode. I need to test the thermistor and typically the diagnostic mode has a test for determining if it is good or bad. The control board was just replaced as it was not entering defrost mode. Now that, that is replaced it is defrosting but rather than cutting the thermistor wires to test the ohms I wanted to use the service diagnostics. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Step 1
Press and hold the "Freezer Temperature UP" and the "Freezer Temperature DOWN" buttons at the same time.
Step 2Release and press the buttons together twice more within five seconds to enter the diagnostic mode to test the Frigidaire.
Step 3Press the "Freezer Temperature UP" button when the LED displays "1" to toggle through the different service menu tests, which are numbered 1 through 8.
Step 4Push the "Fresh Food Temperature UP" button after selecting a service test to scroll through the options for that particular test.
Step 5Unplug the Frigidaire power cord for 30 seconds and reconnect to exit the diagnostic mode.
