Does Not Freeze
Unit only cools, does not freeze in freezer mode. Cools only to frige temps.

It appears your post is listed under Frigidaire convertible freezer/refrigerator, FKCH17F7HB. This particular model can operate as either a freezer or a refrigerator. From my understanding the Freezer mode is selected but is not cooling properly. If the temperature was previously adjusted (higher setting), please allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize. If the issue continues, I am fairly confident that an authorized service agent will be able to restore your appliance to its normal operating condition.
