Replacing The Water Filter And Reseting The Light
i cant get the filter reset light to go to green after replacing the water filter-have held it down for extended period of time

A red indicator light will be illuminated above most active features.
Touch the icon to activate the options below. quick ice Increases the production of ice water filter Press and hold for three (3) seconds to reset after filter change. C/F Touch to toggle display from Fahrenheit to Celsius. Default settings; Resets all refrigerator settings such as temp, temp display and tones to their factory default settings.Power on-off Press and hold for three (3) seconds to turn off the cooling system to clean the refrigerator. It also turns off the ice maker. The temperature displays will read OFF.
These are the filter reset & power reset to default info. The default reset might work since the filter reset doesn't. Best of luck!
