The Upper Ice Maker Mold Is Frozen Solid. How Do I Get It To Empty, And Refill?

Hello mitchy6, that's a great question!

Based off my understanding your upper icemaker is frozen solid on your Frigidaire refrigerator. In order to get the icemaker thawed out you would need to defrost it. The best thing to do is to disconnect power from it for at least two to three hours. This should help thaw out your icemaker and water line.
