The error code OFOFF is not listed in the Frigidaire FGU19F6QFC owner's manual. However, it is likely a code that indicates a problem with the ice maker. Here are some possible causes and solutions:

The ice maker is not connected properly. Make sure that the ice maker is properly connected to the water supply and power.

The ice maker is not turned on. Check the ice maker's control panel to make sure that it is turned on.

The ice maker is not producing ice. If the ice maker is not producing ice, it may be because the water supply is not turned on or because the ice maker is not properly defrosted.

The ice maker is clogged. If the ice maker is clogged, it may not be able to produce ice. To clear a clog, turn off the ice maker and unplug it. Then, remove the ice bin and the ice maker cover. Use a flashlight to look for any obstructions in the ice maker's mechanism. If you find any obstructions, remove them carefully. Once you have cleared any obstructions, reassemble the ice maker and plug it back in.

If you have tried all of these things and your ice maker is still not working, you may need to call a qualified technician to repair it.

Here are some additional tips for troubleshooting ice maker problems:

Check the water supply. Make sure that the water supply to the ice maker is turned on and that there is no water restriction.

Defrost the ice maker. If the ice maker is not producing ice, it may be because it is not properly defrosted. To defrost the ice maker, turn off the ice maker and unplug it. Then, remove the ice bin and the ice maker cover. Allow the ice maker to defrost for several hours. Once the ice maker has defrosted, reassemble it and plug it back in.

Clean the ice maker. If the ice maker is not producing ice or if the ice is cloudy, it may be because the ice maker is dirty. To clean the ice maker, turn off the ice maker and unplug it. Then, remove the ice bin and the ice maker cover. Use a mild soap and water solution to clean the ice maker's interior. Once you have cleaned the ice maker, reassemble it and plug it back in.

If you have tried all of these things and your ice maker is still not working, you may need to call a qualified technician to repair it.
