Let’s try resetting the microwave by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn the unit on. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, then it could possibly be a few things: faulty fuse, open thermostat, TCO (thermal cutout), magnetron, a bad connection with the control board or a potential wiring failure. Because it could be a number of any one several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair your appliance.
