Convection Microwave Racks

Page 20 of manual COVECTION COOKING lists directions for cookin meats. Mention is made of placling meat on low rack There is a rack that sits in the middle of the oven and the round wire rack Is the rack adjustable? Can you take it out and cook food in a dish on the round rack ?Can you place a roast on the round wire rack w/o a raosting dish? Can you place a roast or chicken i a metal pan, place it on the turntable and cook that way? Thanks,CC Jane

Racks are adjustable if you can actually pull them completely out. This is the only way to tell since the manufacturer has so many different models/series. You would be able to put dishes, not plastic and not metal or aluminum in the micro-oven for use. Otherwise I would not try to cook anything heavy or big in such a small appliance.
